"BepaQZ Metrics, its consultants, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the metrics provided on this site."
We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Users accept all risks associated with the application of business KPIs to live production environments.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of bepaqz.com shall be resolved in the competent courts of Surabaya, East Java.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these terms as business performance standards evolve.
